Analyst Ilir Deda says opening the Ibër Bridge in Mitrovica depends on what NATO decides.
In Rubikon of Kosovo, he says that if NATO says conditions for opening bridges for cars are not ripe, it will not be opened, no matter what analysts, government, opposition or others say.
“The sovereignty of security is shared with NATO, so Kosovo does not have 100 per cent sovereignty in this area, but has it together with NATO, and NATO does not submit to the actions of the Government of Kosovo. Kosovo government decisions not applicable for NATO”, Deda said.
