The Constitutional Court in Pristina has continued the detention measure for another two months, Edin Navzad, who is suspected as one of the group's managers at Telegram “AlbKings”, from which women and girls were being denigrate.
The Constitutional Court in Pristina, the General Department, Division for Criminal Affairs, dated 12,07.2024, has made a decision and approved the Constitutional Prosecutor's request in Pristina, so that the detention measure of indictee E. N has been continued in length of 2 (two) months” reported in the reply of Information spokeswoman Mirlinda Gashi, reports the “Justice Trust”.
The suspect Navzad was arrested on April 17th 2024, under suspicion that he committed criminal work “access to identity and credentials”.
The Prosecutor's File says there is a doubt based on the continuation from November 2023 to February 12th 2024 in Obilic and other different cities of Kosovo, in quality of one of the group's “Albkings” on the Telegram app and acting in co-ordination with persons. NN yet unidentified, has offered and distributed to third persons without access to photos and videos of the AA victim, and the number of injured BB phone, as if the same offers sexual services.
