Notification:
Pristina, August 07th 2024 ) The Foundation Court in Pristina, the Department of Criminal Affairs, has ruled in the criminal case against indictees I.A., due to the attempted criminal acts of attempted murder, possession, control or unauthorized possession of arms and criminal wrongdoing of the court.
The preliminary procedure judge has approved as based on the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure for the defendant I.A. and the same has been assigned detention measures for a (1) month.
The court appreciates that the appointment of the detention measure for the time being is adequate and necessary because if the defendant is found in freedom, the same may escape and escape, this is because for this criminal act the defendant is suspected of, the pre-priced sentence included jail terms of long term, there is also the risk of influence on the damage and on witnesses to change evidence, as well as the repetition of criminal acts, so the detention measure is the only measure for the course of prosecution in this case.
Against this act, disgruntled parties have the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals, through the Constitutional Court in Pristina.
