Besnik Boletney has suggested he has resigned from the position of chairman of the RTK Board.

In his account in “Facebook”, he wrote that the resignation linked to the Slobodna Bosna writing scandal, which was published without verifying it at RTK.

During the board meeting today, I have resigned from the position of chairman and member of the RTK Board. Efforts to address the scandal of publishing an unverified article during these weeks were daily and constant despite difficulties. The findings of the commission report were clear. Since August 9th, Deputy Director Adi Krasta (who has the principal's responsibilities) is not addressing this report. Being at the head of the public broadcaster is also a privilege for one day and responsibility. And as it is seen, there is no will to take action against those who caused the scandal”, he wrote.
