Former Kosovo Security Force Commander Kadri Kastrati has said that visiting the US Central Intelligence Agency Chief (CIA), William Burns, indicates that the United States has enough information on Russia's efforts through its ally, Serbia, to have the Western Balkans at risk for a possible conflict.
He expects Burns to provide additional “recommendations for Kosovo institutions regarding the northern part, so that they do not take action without co-ordinating with NATO, the US and the European Union, in order not to create an unmanageable situation.
Kastrati adds that the main messages Burns will be forwarded to Belgrade, as, according to him, there is the centre of radical movements towards Bosnia and Kosovo. Kastrati stresses that he expects politics in Bosnia and Herzegovina to block and eliminate the influence of Republika Srpska leader Milorad Dodik. /REL
