The Central Election Commission has started preparing for next elections. It has already opened a tender for buying ballot boxes and hole covers. For this purchase, 90 thousand euros in advance.
Kosovo is already on the verge of new parliamentary elections.
Kosovo citizens, according to proposals made so far by office and opposition, will address the ballot boxes in January or February of next year.
The Central Election Commission is also starting to prepare for holding elections, buying the equipment that is necessary for elections.
During the day today, a tender has been opened for the purchase of ballot boxes and hole covers, writes Democracy.com.
“The ballot box planning and the lids of the box cap. The projected value of the contract: 90,000 euros. Box voting 1500 pieces. The lid of the box cap with 2000 scraps of paper. The deadline for accepting tenders / apps: 30.08.2024”, said the announced announcement.

The CEC has indicated that the delivery of samples should be made no further than the 30.08.2024, 12:00. The samples are mandatory for delivery and must be delivered in line with Article 37 of the Order for Public Procurement 01/01/2022.
