Paralysically, during the meeting in the regulation draft, Article 7 ʹ Election campaign materials have been updated, respectively, at point 2.6, added that “prevents the establishment of material by political subjects in buildings or residential objects without the approval of residents and without contracting”.
By 8 votes for the regulation was voted in with this change. This regulation is part of the sublegal acts harmonised with Law No. 08/L-228 for the General Elections, adopted in 2023 by the Parliament of the Republic of Kosovo, and defines procedures for restricting campaign spending, election campaign rules, monitoring the election campaign, and the financial declaration for the election campaign.
