Not all are satisfied with the way the process is going, at least on paper, by the chief of tenders in the health dictatorship, Berat Marmulaku.

But what is the essence of complaints, and on what charges have they been issued in connection with this job of over 22m euros? The favourite is the head of at least one of the complainers who has even filed evidence claiming to support the prosecution.

Ministers have already issued a standard letter that this company has recommended.

Favoration, double standards- tender charges against the Ministry of the Glareva firm

In April of this year, after several months of opening tender 22 million for the continuation of the renovation of the QKUK Emergency Medicine Centre, the Health Ministry came out with what is known as standard letter showing who is getting contracts ready.
