What is known so far about Blerim Ramadani's escape?

The change in security measure for the KLA veteran has confirmed the Kosovo Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

According to the MPJD, the security measure was changed by the Constitutional Criminal Court before it was made final by the Supreme Court for extradition or non-extradition in Serbia.

Hours after news of escape, Ramadan's relatives have suggested the same has arrived in Kosovo.

Even Luan Jahiri, deputy chairman of the KLA's OVL in Ferizaj, has indicated that Blerim Ramadani is currently in Kosovo.

He has recommended his companion be notified of Kosovo institutions, to clarify the issue.

Ramadani's move has also been supported by OVL-KLA Chairman Faton Klinku's taskman.

While, the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Macedonia has issued a warrant for Ramadani.

Ramadani has been arrested by Macedonian authorities 17 July at the Jazhinca border crossing.

The arrest has occurred based on a warrant issued by the Court in Belgrade through INTERPOL Serbia.

Last week, a court in Skopje had decided Ramadani would not be extradited to Serbia.
