The First Scale for Corruption and Organised Crime Court has seized 14 323 125 (four thousand three hundred twenty-three thousand one hundred twenty-five) Leka; 15 542 (five thousand five hundred forty-two) Euro; 42 318 (two thousand three hundred and eighteen) USSD?
These amounts are seized in current accounts, set aside by deadlines, shares and belong to persons under investigation like Ilir Beqaj, his associate Ermal Kurtulaj, and to four other persons under investigation.
The preventative sequestro is also set at over 19.4% of commercial society quotas “Albanian Food and Hospitality Services” sh.p.k. Preventive sequestro as well as three registered vehicles owned by persons under investigation E.K. and E.M.
Investigators from the National Bureau of Investigation, together with the officers of the General State Police Directorate and the Agency for the Management of Secuested Property and Confiscata, are conducting the necessary actions for executing these decisions.
Preliminary investigations into this prosecution have not yet been completed, they continue for other persons involved or other criminal evidence.
