So has police spokesman for the Mitrovica region Veton Elshani, who has said the same will be sent for investment.
“Aleksander Arsenijevic has been arrested for obstructing public order and quiet”, he told Express.
He allegedly went with a group of citizens to a coffee shop where Minister Svechla stayed.
Arsenijevic was later released after being fined.
He stresses that he will not pay the fine.
In the north, for our indignation I and some citizens... with this apparently disturbing whistle, three policemen approached me immediately and tried to subdue me. I've left alone, arrested me, and written fines for breaking order and public calm, which we will complain about and not pay because there is no basis for”, he said.
