Arifi: If Emmerson is gone for financial reasons, then this is the debachle of the Government of Kosovo

He has suggested that if he has left for financial reasons it is a debacle for the Government of Kosovo and all of Kosovo.

In his account in “Facebook”, he wrote that the process is under way in The Hague, depending on whether Kosovo or Serbia will win.
