Albania's, Kosovo's delegation accepted work according to claims, sentenced for spying in Serbia

According to the report, he had developed an intelligence network in Serbia after being engaged by Albania's intelligence agency, as well as Kosovo's, whose orders he had collected heavy security data, and thus aided the activities of these services, the network that led him indirectly.

According to the Serbian Blic, he has been operating since 2022 in the Albanian service and continuing with monetary compensation, where he received tasks, in addition to which, among other things, it is written, during 2022 he had collected data on BIA's top operatives and figures. On this plan he had studied their movements and family and residences.

Blic writes that he had been presented as an operative of the Serbian intelligence agency BIA and had exploited his family bond when at the funeral of BIA's former operative father, he had shot all pictures of the Serbian high-level BIA.

It is further highlighted in media claims that he was specifically focused on developments in northern Kosovo, starting as early as December 2022, when barricades were established in a sign of anti-government protest in Kosovo. Rakovic had also acted on the plain of the visual registration of Serbian Army vehicles and convoys, as well as other vehicles of other security services moving towards Kosovo.

With the aim of carrying out certain tasks, the suspect in certain cases was presented as false in circles designated as BIA's operative, where he also gave concrete tasks, thus creating information networks. Rakovic carried out certain activities independently until other tasks were carried out by those close to him on corrupt grounds.

Rakovic had hired Ilija Savic from the village of Svovovojno, the municipality of Paracin, sentenced to two years in prison, who, with his instructions and the orders of the Albanian service operative, had received visual material from security cameras in the building of KOCOCOCO in Cprija, monitoring the section of the road between Curija and Despotovac, towards military police station ) Pasuljanske Livade, and Dobricevo Airport. Evidence material recorded the movements of military and civilian vehicles, with the same goal Rakovic had also engaged P.M. by Jagodina, who is also in prison, writes Serbian media.
