FAST Albania captures and arrests citizen A.L., within operation “Gordons”
Thanks to real professional work, today on the date 04.08.2024, by the Directorate of Special Operational Force, Research Sector, Fast Albania Unit, in close co-operation with FASST Kosova, following information exchange, within the framework of the police operation “G O RDONS”, it became possible to capture and arrest in Pristina, citizens A. L., born of the native of Elbasan.
So citizens A.L., the First Scale Special Court for Corruption and Organised Crime Tirana on the date 29.07.2024, has appointed the measure of security, “Arrest to prison” for criminal acts “Securing conditions and material means to commit murder, carried out in special co-operation in the form of criminal organisation”, “Organised Crime Group”, “criminal body” and “Cleaning of criminal work products”, predicted by the net 80-28/1-333 and 334-287 Penal Code.
