Albania will host the NATO summit at 2025. So Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama said during the ambassadorial conference, which was held today in Tirana and follows in the next two days.
“Next year we will be the country that will welcome leaders of 44 European states from Great Britain to Ukraine or from Sweden, Norway to Turkey at the European Political Community summit. In 2027 we will have the opportunity to be host to the NATO summit. Things that could not even be imagined years ago for Albania to become a reference point and be believed such roles”, Rama declared.
This year's summit NATO has been held from 9 July to 11 July in Washington.
