The station's Entrance Unit, supported by law enforcement officers, under an ordinance of the Ferizaj Foundation Court, dated 28.08.2024, around 1300 hours, has conducted a search in the village of Petrova Entrance and the home of the suspect R.R. ( M/K) of the age of 28, have found two firearms -- one automatic rifle and one pistol.
The police report reportedly has preceded a several-day investigation by police investigators, as the suspect had fired pistols into the air, in a field in the Shtime region.
The suspect has been escorted to the police station in the Shtime and after interviewing by police investigators, with the state prosecutor's decision being detained for 48 hours, for other investigative procedures, while two firearms have been seized as material evidence.
The case has been named “Using dangerous weapons or tool” and” Possession, control, or unauthorized possession of weapons in Zoom.
