And Council for Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms Chairman Behxhet Shala has told Online Economy that President Vjosa Osmani is out of the mandate without using her constitutional right.

He pointed out that in addition to being discouraged for prisoners, the work of the Corresponding Service, directors, and family inmates makes it difficult for them.

If you don't forgive convicts then those who work with them both the Correcting Service and the others have no motive in giving promises to convicts that they can take advantage of anything, it affects other convicts. At the same time, forgiveness affects other convicts and then use alternative measures to get out of prison like we've had in some cases this year that they've been released.
