Ceatin Novosella, former political prisoner, has confessed to his activity and to the arrest and torture experienced by the Yugoslav regime through State Security, known as UDB.

Novosella at RTV Duagjini has mentioned the names of Albanian investigators who had tortured her and his friends in 1975.
