VV against Pristina's Municipal Development Plan: Rama is a disgrace to the city

Through a media conference, the Vetevendosje Movement has reiterated the stance that it opposes the Pristina Community Development Plan, calling Chairman for Progress Rama as the city's “x1>

The Municipal Development Plan is in order for days to vote at today's session of the Municipal Assembly in Pristina.

The VV's aembilist chief, Gezim Svechla, has said the ministry has rejected such a plan as well. There have been accusations of the Democratic League of Kosovo, the ruling party in the Pristina municipality.

This plan has many context flaws. In a few months, we will enter the last year of Rama's mandate. A person who in practice has proved that he does not want good for his citizens. That government had enough time to make a real plan, but it had to deal with illegal contracts. The ministry has rejected such a plan. We should let the LDK know that not everything is bought for money, because there are principles and attitudes in the function of citizens. Citizens don't owe it to a legal plan”, Svechla said.

VV Ambassador Nora Kelmendi has stressed that the plan they have taken is flawed as documentation.

The device sent to us is flawed as documentation, so there is no analysis and comparison. The strategic planning report is 2021. This is insulting because the mayor is bringing us old plans. Attending meetings with citizens has been minimal. There were more mayors than citizens. This plan, we call on other subjects not to back it up, don't let Badovci repeat itself. This mayor is the disgrace of the city”, she said.
