Only 43 MPs have participated in the vote on the amendment proposed by Vetevendosje Movement MP Visar Korenica, Kp reports.
In October last year, after many attempts, the Assembly had managed to vote 63 by, one against and four abstentions to approve this Bill first read.
The second reading vote has stalled on the fourth amendment, for which MP Visar Kornica had sought changes during a session on February 22nd.
Corenica had demanded that three paragraphs be removed from the legislation, predicting that the right to reproduction belongs to individuals other than married couples (husbands and wives).
