Present were only Commission Chairman Time Kadriaj and members, VV's Victory Pacolli and Ariana Musliu-Sshi of the PDK.
This is not the first time this commission failed because of quorum, as the same situation was also on Tuesday where the deputies of the Vetevendosje Movement lacked. / EO
