Donald Trump has also issued a statement on his social networking platform, Fifth Social.
He says that “just Mr.” prevented the unthinkable “from happening and called on Americans to show the true character”.
He also wrote: “We will not be afraid, but instead we remain challenging in the face of Wickedness”.
Trump said he'd speak at the Republican National Convention in Wisconsin this week, writes Skynews.
I really love our country and I love all of you and look forward to talking to our great nation this week from Wisconsin”, he added.
Otherwise, this is his second post since he was shot and wounded at yesterday's Pennsylvania rally.
