Trump agrees to debate with Harris, but there is one condition

The next debate, scheduled for September 10th, is expected to take place at ABC News.

But during a conference call with reporters Tuesday afternoon, 78-year-old said he would debate the 59-year-old, regardless of whether it happened at ABC.
