Sentenced to 39 years and 6 months in prison, two accused of killing at Squirewright Bucks

The condemnation of the three indictees was announced Wednesday by the chairman of the court, Mentor Hajray.

According to the indictment, accused Shukri Rexhepi of criminal work “grave murder” was pronounced a 22-year sentence, while for illegal weapons was sentenced to 1 year and six months in prison.

So, Shukri Rexhepi, the court has declared a unique sentence of 23 years in prison, which the sentence will be executed in the 15-day term by the infirmity of the act.

In prison sentences, the same will be counted as the time spent in custody from July 27, 2022, to the full might of this act, but no longer than the stated sentence.

In contrast, accused Rexhepi the court has requalified criminal activity from “the remaining serious murder in the eight” in criminal work “to help carry out the criminal offense of the serious murder” for which the criminal offence was sentenced to 13 years in prison, while without permission was released from the indictment in absence of evidence.

In prison terms, the same will be counted as the time spent in detention from July 23, 2022, to the full might of this act, but no longer than the stated sentence.

Indictees Shukri and Rexhepi, the court continues the detention period until the condemned act is declared to become of a formal form.

While the accused won Musliu for criminal work “grave murder remaining in attempted”, he was sentenced to 3 years in prison, while for criminal work “unlicensed prosecution” was sentenced to 1 year in prison.

To Musliu, the court pronounced a unique sentence of 3 years and 6 months, which the sentence will be executed in the 15-day term by the integrity of the act, the oath-in-law reports.

The accused are obliged to pay the expenses of the court procedure, each separately, the amount of 300 euros.

Statement of the indictment is said to have confiscated the weapons, with which criminal acts were committed, and the same were ordered to be destroyed.

The courts damaged the parties for realising the property-law requirement instructed them in civil disputes.

Otherwise, the indictment in this case has been Agim Musliu, who was handed down procedures after admitting the guiltyness of illegal weapons.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Mitrovica on 19 June 2023 has filed charges against Shukri Rexhepi, Rexhepi, Wins Musliu and Agim Musliu.

Shukri and Rexhepi are charged that on July 23, 2022, in the village of Baks, the Skenderaj municipality, in co-ordination, have deprived life of victim B. And the wounded man, Labinoth, Adam. The case is said to have occurred after a plea. Musliu, on the other hand, is accused of deliberately committing the crime of murder, but the same has remained in an attempt, since the same has fired hunting rifles in order to deprive Shukri Rexhepi of his life.
