Sejdiu's life sentence of 15 years, announcement of the indictment published

Today, the Foundation Court in Ferizaj in the retrial has sentenced Dardan Krivac to life imprisonment for the murder of Marigona Osmani.

While Arber Sejdiu was sentenced to 15 years in prison for helping him commit a serious murder crime.

Ferizaj, July 29, 2023 The Foundation Court in Ferizaj ) the Randa Crime Department has declared a conviction case against the D.K. defendants. Because of the criminal offence committed by Article 173 paragraphs 1 under paragraph 1.4 of the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo and the A.S., for the criminal offence aid in carrying out the criminal offence of Article 173 paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.4 concerning Article 33 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK).

The Foundation Court in Ferizaj ) The Department of Criminal Affairs, respectively, convicted the court of the trial by Judge Sahit Krasniqi after maintaining judicial examination and managing all personal and material evidence, the defendant D.K., and deemed him guilty and judged the same with life sentence, in which sentence will be counted in detention, as well as the defendant A.S., and the same sentence on prison for 15 years, in prison terms of the past, in which sentence will be executed in prison, which sentence will be executed in full justice.

The defendant D.K., charged on August 21st 2021 in his apartment in Ferizaj, at the interval from 10:14 to the following day on August 22nd 2021 at 14:43, cruelly deprives of life of the late M.O., with which he was co-existing, in a way that over two days straight, time and time, by taking violent acts of violence against her, cruelly cutting off the dead with a stick of wood, black in different parts of the body, causing great pain and physical aid from the extreme violence, assaults and destruction of the mare, which is the vistallamines of the brain, which has been removed from the vistallinal disease, and the vistallos, and the musal deviolal devisity of the musolate.

While the defendant A.S., charged with dating, location and time described as the first device, deliberately helped indictee D.C., carry out the heavy murder by Article 173 paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.4 of KPRK, in a way that first contacts over the phone and meets in the city, then together they return to the apartment of the accused D.K., who was co-existing with the late M.O., and deliberately taking action by creating charges against D.K. The conditions for committing criminal acts, in such a way that while accused D., was exercising particularly severe physical violence against the deceased M., accused A., entered the room where it was felt, where the same came in and comes in several times and all the time they talk with D., then goes to the door of the apartment and proves whether it is locked in the key as well as through the hole of the door watching and conveys whether any of the residents are hearing or moving there first, which actions the same during the residence again in a constant manner after time for the main obstacles charged by D. was exercising extreme physical violence on the late M. The same thing sometimes leaves the apartment to buy food for accused D. Also, the defendant A.S., conform Article 363 paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.3 of the KPPRK, is acquitted of a criminal act of aid in carrying out a criminal offence by Article 227 paragraph 4 under paragraph 4.1 concerning paragraph 1 concerning KPRK Article 33.

The defendants, D.K. and the A.S., with a special ordination of the i.e., continue the detention measure until the court takes on a formal form, but no longer than the sentence pronounced under this judgment.

Against this bias, the parties have a right to a complaint in the terms of thirty days from the day of acceptance of written - form judgment. The complaint addresses the Court of Appeals in Pristina through the Ferizaj Foundation Court.
