According to the published report, the agency indicated that the target of the investigation is “the assessment of the Secret Security Service process at the gathering of former President Trump on 13 July 2024”.
The announcement did not reveal when the investigation started.
Otherwise, American President Joe Biden has just ordered an independent security review.
