The charges of power figures in the direction of the judicial system and civil societies are not rare already.

Deputy Justice Minister Blerim Salhu has addressed criticism of civil society who, according to him, have participated in the Justice Ministry's labour groups to draft the Law for State Bureau for Verification and Confiscating of Inexcusable Riches, which the Constitutional Court has declared unconstitutional.

If the international experts who have worked in Strasbourg and the Council of Europe that the law is in order, take some civil society people who have slept in the branches of opposition parties and say the law is unconstitutional, I don't trust them”, Sallah said during an interview in Tv 1.

“The IKD has given its proposals, was part of the working group. But when something unconstitutional is coming up they're saying no we haven't been, no you were. Civil society has always been part of the task force. But if they change their attitudes, it's not my fault”, he added.

Last month, the Constitution has declared the Law for the State Bureau for Verification and Confiscating of Inexcusable Riches invalid in all, until the announcement said that five articles of this law conflict with the Constitution of Kosovo.

The court has found that the Law for the Bureau tried to completely overturn the functioning of the judicial system in Kosovo, where the prosecution bodies would no longer have the burden of testing, but the individual being charged.

Otherwise, the law was sent for a constitutional assessment by deputies of the Democratic Party of Kosovo.
