Retrial in Podujevo's 18-year-old murder case, family not seeing justice

Lawyer Tome Gashi has said that today the case of the assassination of Lulzim Feyzullah from Podujevo will be turned into retrial.

In a Facebook post, he said the deceased's family is not looking into justice for the case yet.

“After the Court of Appeals turned the case into retrial and reinstatement today at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, hearings are held against two minors who are charged with serious murder”.

The trial has its own business, but the Lulzim family is not looking for justice for this serious murder and so sad”, Gashi wrote.
