- Dear citizens of Gjilan

- I announce to you that I resign from the position of Chief of Emergency at QKMF “Dr. Nagip Rexhepi” -Gylan. For moral and professional reasons for other people's scandals.

The cause of the superscandals is that an emergency doctor does not respond to a patient's call for help (it does not go at all); an accident has caused the patient to live.

1. By the date 29.06.2024, a male complainer has appeared at the QKMF emergency with a complaint that he called Emergency Services at 6:20 and the team has not gone to the case. To the doctor and two nurses, I've taken written remarks about disciplinary violations, and I've asked for the initiative of the disciplinary procedure.

The case was left to the next team, without an address and phone number for the person who called. They were not informed exactly when the call was made and the truth was distorted. The next team has encountered resistance from the patient's family because of your delay and the condition of our family has deteriorated

In distress, the patient has passed away.

The same doctor publicly uses illegal vocabulary according to the Code of Ethics and Medical Deontology, inviting the Kosovo Medical Oda to react to unworthy behaviour, affecting my personality and dignity

This public offense is unacceptable and violates the basic justice and respect that should prevail in our health environment. On the email to the OMK I haven't received an answer?

2. I've encountered cases of non-fulfillment from emergency nurses, working hours at work drinking coffee at a cafe near the KKMF. To the same ones, I've made written remarks about disciplinary violations.

As for my duties and responsibilities as chief of emergency, my obligation is to respect the law, to manage state wealth well, to be responsible and transparent.

All these obligations that I have on myself, I feel obliged to assure you that the quality of public care and trust will remain intact.

Emergency service especially is the best example of commitment and professionalism, urges citizens not to lose confidence in these cases, and individuals designated for failing to fulfill their work duties because they are a small part, there are real heroes in urgency, and they make an unprecedented contribution, we should be grateful and make sure that they have the conditions and respect they deserve to continue their work with dignity and devotion. They do not hesitate to take the lead in the task, offering immediate assistance and quick care to patients at critical times in life. Emergency has no schedule, no time for excessive discussions. It requires us to quickly decide on calls and to cooperate deliberately to serve our citizens well. Their trust in us is, not a privilege, but a responsibility to bear with care and honor.

My goal is to strengthen our capacities and increase our ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency cases. So let's work together, share a common goal, and increase the trust of our citizens.

Of all that that's been said above, there's nothing left to me but that I'm joining the ecstatic of leaving a qualified youth and leaving my homeland, all my knowledge and my contribution to a state of Europe, which is waiting for us with open arms, but despite all this, never being at peace in my interior as I leave the leadership of public health institutions
