The authors, who were allegedly at least three people, came in black cars from the town of Memalija towards the bar.
One of them has descended from the vehicle and struck hail in the direction of 74-year-old Shyqri Kalemi, who was sitting at a table outside the bar.
The bullets caught his brother as well as the waiter who was by the table. Meanwhile, the client who died was inside the bar.
The investigation is revenge, as 74-year-old is Andrea Kalem's father. He is allegedly involved in the murder of businessman Edmond Papa in December 2022.
The old man couldn't escape the tinnikov bullets like it did his two boys who had managed to save previous ships.
