Ramush Haradinaj promises SBASK 50% increase in salaries for teachers

Alliance for the Future of Kosovo Chairman Ramush Haradinaj has indicated that he has hosted today representatives of the United Education, Science and Culture Union.

Haradinaj in front of SBASK members has promised salary increases by 50 per cent for education workers at all levels.

He has said education is a priority in the AAK election programme 2025-2029.

At a meeting with the SBASK delegation, led by Mr. Beftman Jasharaj, I was informed of the challenges facing teachers and education in general. I also shared with them the 14 priorities in the education field that will be included in the AAK election programme 2025-2029.

I confirmed our goal of raising salaries for education workers at all levels for 50%, as well as raising the education budget for 6%. Education will be the priority of the Alliance”, Haradinaj wrote on Facebook.
