The news was released at the end of his speech at the party congress, where he also said Deputy Chairman Bledi Cuci will be.
While chairman of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group, Niko Peleshhni proposed.
Currently, Peleshi holds the post of defence minister.
He has also decided on several decisions in Government, where a series of dictatorships will have new leaders in the remaining year of the Rama 3.
The biggest surprise is of Taulant Ball's departure from the Interior Ministry, where he will take over the post of State Minister for Relations with Parliament.
His country which Balla leaves with only one year in office takes over Ervin Hoxha, who will be the new interior minister.
The ball already takes over from Elisa Spiropal at the head of the State Ministry for Relations with Parliament.
Ervin Mete, on the other hand, will no longer be finance minister, as Petrit Malaj will take his place.
