Prosecutor's Canos in Pristina office, Pristina prosecution details

Kosovo police today have announced that they have arrested a person who allegedly detained a prosecutor in his office at the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor.

In this case for Kosovo Pristina's Constitutional Prosecutor's spokeswoman, Laureta Ulay, has provided details.

Laurel Ulaj, has said the state prosecutor towards the suspected person has filed a request for the appointment of the detention measure.

“reports that the State Prosecutor has issued a ruling on the detention of the suspected person, due to the criminal offence “Canosja” (to the official person), most specifically to a Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's Prosecutor, as well as to the same, at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, has filed a request for the appointment of the detention measure”, Ulaj said.
