EU representative for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue Miroslav Lajcak said discussions were more challenging than ever, referring to separate meetings they had with Kurti and Vucinqi in Brussels last week. He regrets there was no progress in implementing the agreement towards normalisation.
However, Lajcak said working with chief negotiators Bislimi and Petkovovic continue tomorrow to work on unblocking the agreement.

Last week, Borrell and I hosted President Vuciq and Prime Minister Kurti in Brussels for another meeting of the Belgrade-Pristina Dialogue.
Unfortunately, we have not seen any progress in implementing the Normalisation Way Agreement. Discussions were challenging as never before. However, our work continues tomorrow when it will gather the chief negotiators to process concrete steps to unblock implementation of the Agreement.
My week ended in Dubrovnik at the annual Dubrovnik Forum that brings together policymakers from the Western Balkans and beyond. This event is always a good indication of where we are before the summer political holidays. This year, the focus was on global challenges, elections and future developments, but we also discussed the future of the Western Balkans as part of the EU.
