Serbian chief negotiator Petar Petkov has charged the Kosovo side that “is killing dialogue” following yesterday's meetings held in Brussels yesterday at the chief negotiator level.
According to him, Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislim has criticised several agreements and has rejected the EU's draft of dialogue.
“Bislimi yesterday in Brussels: refused to discuss missing persons, called the Agreement for Existing Official Visits, criticised Elektroseveri as abnormal, dismissed the EU draft status state for association, all before Lajcak and his team. Pristina is killing dialogue!”, Petkovic wrote today.
However, Bislimi yesterday said Serbia refuses to accept the Basic Agreement as a whole and refuses to implement part of it.
Serbia's “Pala refused to be included in the discussion of agreeing to the sequence plan, as well as on reaching the formalisation of the agreement, based on the contests required at the leaders' meeting last week. Discussion over the issue of missing persons again exposed the Serbian side is sabotaged the process, constantly releasing new demands aimed at blocking the process”, the Prime Minister's Office announced yesterday.
