During the action, five people -- one of them official of the Correcting Service -- have been arrested. Following their interview at the police station, the same were sent to the kept, in 48 hours' length by the State Prosecutor, because of the criminal act “Deception”.
“characters with initials: B.S., B.H., V.C., B.B. and L.B., are suspected that from January-April 2024, to co-ordination, with the aim of illegally benefiting the rich for themselves, the damaged parties, if they will sell them bitumen, thus encouraging them to act at the expense of their wealth, and with these actions have managed to benefit considerable amounts of money. Two more suspected persons, who were not found at the relevant”, are also being searched.
Bills and other evidence, which will serve in criminal procedure, have been seized from the raids.
The prosecution in co-ordination with police will continue with the investigative action company regarding the case.
