The chairman of the PDK Parliamentary Group, Abelard Tahiri, will be handed over to the Constitutional Court today three alleged cases of constitutional violations by the current power led by Vetevendosje.
The largest opposition party has warned days before the law for the Independent Media Commission -- the one for the Prosecutorial Council and the statute of the University of Pristina changed by current power -- constitute constitutional violations and violate institutional independence and media freedom.
Following the handover of these three subjects to the Constitutional Court, Parliamentary Group Chairman Abelard Tahiri has warned the media conference.
