Mimoza Ahmetaj, deputy head of the PDK, has said that Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu's statement, that with her interview by the Special Prosecutor, “her work is hampering someone”, it is nothing new.
Ahmetaj has said officials of this government always complain that someone else is to blame.
The PDK deputy chairman has said that Hadziu fell into the trap he had built himself with statements about recent cases of escapes from Kosovo prisons.
Nothing new in relation to statements by state officials who in their statements are in the wake of ongoing non-serious approach scandals to situations of such importance. Nothing surprising, even a next statement that brought her into the trap she had built herself, and was interviewed by the Prosecution”, Ahmetaj said.
The special prosecutor has interviewed Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu for two days over statements given that the prosecutor and judges have held meetings for specific cases, as well as for declaring cases of escape from Kosovo prisons.
She had said that the first destination fugitives have Serbia and that they are influenced by criminal groups.
