The deputy head of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Berat Rukiqi, has named “amatorism and crime” and even “oftendative “promotion for the good “from Finance Minister Iron Murati, who said that the Kosovo Central Bank has transferred 10m euros of its annual profit to state accounts.
Rukiqi said “It's a dilative and offensive at the same time.” because “It's normal that makes profit when it keeps over 700 million euros blocked, in front of taxpayers, in BQK accounts”.
“Keeping this money blocked, we have less infrastructure right, we don't have any more impact on the economy, we don't have health insurance fund, we don't have more nests, we don't have new technology and digitalisation, and so on.”, Berat Rukiqi wrote.
“The finances are sanctioned twice -- by the government and the European Union. Being held hostage by taxpayers is also a crime”, he's done.
