Nicolaus resigns as speaker of Albanian assembly

The chairman of the Albanian assembly, Lindita Nikola, has resigned from the position she held for three years.

Nicolas said he resigned as a result of a personal health situation that, according to her, makes it impossible for me to perform the second state official's high office with demanding commitment.
