Former negotiator for Borelli: The EU not to appoint unilateral intersects

So Borrell in this dialogue held the position of his state Spain, which has not recognised Kosovo and held the EU's stance as an entrepreneur that should be impartial in the dialogue for peace! The EU, as it intends to have a global role as an actress of peace and security in the world, cannot succeed in this mission if it deliberately or unwittingly acts as a unilateral mediator, especially when the world has entered the new geopolitical war.
