Mustafa mentioned that the government's “ministers do not recognise Kosovo's citizenship, calling it the interim project”.
“When the Government of Kosovo voluntarily secedes any co-ordination, any ties and any support of each ally, of each guarantor of independence and the citizenship of Kosovo itself; when the Government of Kosovo is belonging to the support of the vital allies; when the government ministers do not recognise Kosovo citizenship by calling it “provisional project” ... it is not surprising when others start treating Kosovo as such, Mustafa wrote on Facebook.

The EU has simply acted under Ohrid's Kurti-Vuccic agreement of 2023 that offers Serbian municipalities full self-management through full territorial, administrative, budgetary, diplomatic, educational, cultural autonomy...”, he wrote.
