The murder of Faton Hajriz, the versions of how he was located and killed.

After about 40 hours of research, Faton Hajrizi was located and killed by Serbian police yesterday during the day. Hajrizi was reported in search of the Serbian police's murder and wounding him. His identity was confirmed in the evening. Serbian media have provided several versions of how Hayriz was located. 

The Belgrade newspaper “Blic” has published details about Faton Hajrizi's assassination in Loznica, Serbia.

According to one version, Faton Hajrizi, has been running on a road when a police patrol passed there.

According to the newspaper, Hayriz has begun shooting at them.

Medium Nova.rs, has reported that Faton Hajrizi was killed in an abandoned factory not far from the site, allegedly killing police officer Nikola Krsnowovic and wounding Vjekoslav Iljaq.

This medium reports that he has shot into the effective police that surrounded him and that they have escaped their bulletproof vests and helmets.

Other media have reported that Hayriz was located after information by a citizen who, after Serbia's Ministry of Internal Affairs published the photo Hajriz, he reported seeing a person with that description near the former Viscoza fuel pump.

Serbian media have also published photos of Hajriz killed, where he is seen being shot in the head.

According to him, Faton Hajrizi, since the day he escaped, has been staying in states like Spain, Austria, Italy and Slovenia.

The claims of Artan, Serbia's Minister of Internal Affairs, Ivica Dacic, have been called false.

This morning at 11:55 he said that his brother Faton stole his personal documents from his apartment in Hanover. It's a classic lie, because according to what logic does a man from Hanoveri illegally return to Presevo and try to go back illegally to Germany? This clearly shows that it was agreed earlier and that it is an organized act”, Dachic said.

He demanded that the German police urgently have to respond if Faton Hajrizi was in Hanover and “s is out and how he ended up in Presevo and why, for what purpose”.

German police in a response to Gazeta Express have said they cannot comment on the case or if investigations are under way.

Three arrested over case

As suspects of involvement in the case, so far three people have been arrested. The first person arrested is Mithan Hadzic, from Tutini to southwest Serbia, who allegedly drove the suspect from Presevo in the direction of Loznica with Tutin license plates.

Another person has been arrested in Bijeljina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, who allegedly organised transportation to Hajriz.

“Z. R. [1985] has been arrested in Bijeljina afternoon, in co-operation with Republika Srpska Police, who allegedly organised the transport of killers from Presevo to Loznica”, is said in a media communique.

Meanwhile, his wife, suspected associate, has also been arrested in Mladenov, Serbia.

It was reported that Mr. R., in 2019 was sentenced to eight years in prison for smuggling a ton of cannabis. Some media in Serbia reported that a forged identity document was found, while reportedly he too has escaped prison

What happened?

The event took place after midnight in Loznica bordering Bosnia, when police stopped a taxi with Tutin City plates that seemed suspicious, where two men, the driver, and the passenger were located.

According to reports, police identified passengers who seemed suspicious and then one of the policemen asked one of the people in the car to show him the bag. The same reportedly refused to do so and has shot the police, leaving one person dead and the other wounded.
