Last year's murder in Balica, Malisheva, presents indictment against 9 people

The prosecution has provided details to the accused:

For the defendant, J.G., there is a well-founded suspicion that he committed the criminal act “heavy murder” by Article 173 par.1 below par.1.5 of KPRK and criminal work “holding possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons” by Article 366 par.1 of KPRK.

For defendants J.G., F.G., K.G., A.G., and N.G., there is a good doubt that, in co-ordination, the heavy attempted murder “ ” from Article 173 par.1 under par.1.1 related to Article 28 and 31 of KPRC.

For the defendant, K.G., there is a well-founded suspicion that he committed criminal work “retaining ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons” by Article 366 par.1 of KPRK.

For the defendant A.G., there is a well-founded suspicion that he committed criminal work “withholding ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons” from Article 366 par.1 of KPRK.

For the defendant N.G., there is a well-founded suspicion that he committed a criminal act “Taking a beating to” by Article 187 par.1 of KPRK.

For defendants L.K., D.K., Q.K., and A.M., there is a good-based suspicion that in co-ordination, they did the criminal work “slight bodily access” from Article 185 par.1 under the money. 1.4 connected to KPRK Article 31.

The prosecutor of the case, in the case of the establishment of the indictment, has proposed to the court that the defendants plead guilty and be punished according to the law for criminal acts they are being charged with. ”
