84 years in prison against five indictees.

This is the decision of the Constitutional Court that was announced today for the murder of 23-year-old F.H., in Volljaca, Cline, which occurred on April 28, 2022.

To those accused of honouring Gashi, for the first act “heavy murder” in co-ordination, the court has pronounced a 28-year sentence for the second action “heavy attempted murder” to 10 years for the third work “Artifact without permission to task for” to 1 year imprisonment. To him, the court has pronounced the unique sentence of 28 years in prison.

Indictee Basri Gashi for the first work “grave murder” in co-ordination was sentenced to 11 years in prison for the second “heavy attempted murder” to 6 years in prison. To the same, a unique 15-year prison sentence has been pronounced.

The third indictee Agron Gashi, for the first criminal act “severe murder in co-ordination”, was sentenced to 11 years in prison for his second action “severe attempted murder of” to 6 years in prison. To him, he has been pronounced a unique 15-year prison sentence.

The fourth indictee Ardit Gashi, for his first job “grave murder” in co-ordination, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for the second “heavy attempted murder” to 5 years in prison. To him, the court has pronounced a unique sentence of 13 years in prison.

The fifth indictee Bahri Gashi, for the first job “heavy murder” in co-ordination, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for the second “heavy attempted murder” to 5 years in prison. To him, the court has pronounced a unique sentence of 13 years in prison.

The defendant of the six Star Gashi was acquitted of three criminal acts: “Aided in committing the crime serious murder”, “Help in carrying out the attempted criminal offense” and “Art kept without permission”, writes the Law for Justice.

In prison sentences, the accused will also be counted as the time spent in detention.

The accused are each alone obliged to pay the amount of 100 euros on behalf of the 15-day criminal procedure's spending on the integrity of the act. Also, on behalf of the judicial patriarch of 100 euros and 50 euros for the funding for compensation of crime victims.

The injured, for property-juridical demand, were instructed in civil conflicts.

The five indictees who were sentenced to prison continued the detention measures until the indictment takes a formal form, but no longer than the pronounced sentence.

Against this bias, the parties have the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals in the 30-day term following the plea's admission.

On the other hand, Star Gashi is accused of helping commit the murder, providing the weapon for the defendant's honour.
