Even 10 months after attack in Banjska, Serbia saw no action against Radojici

And although Kosovo has officially asked Serbia to hand over Banjska's terrorist attack, Milan Radojicic, Serbia has done nothing so far to clear the case and has taken no measure against Radojchiki, who had admitted to having organised the attack in Zvecan, where one [...] was killed.
Even after nearly ten months of investigation against the terrorist attack leader in Zvecan Banjska, Milan Radojic, has not moved forward, despite his public admission that he was organising the attack. According to the Supreme Prosecutor's recent announcement, investigations are under way. Lawyer Cedomir Stojkovic believes that it is now the West's turn to act to exert additional pressure on Serbian authorities.
“The West must take appropriate steps. The fact that Milan Radojic is free is a clear message that anyone who can possess arms to carry out Serbian nationalist interests will receive immunity. Milan Radoic on the loose means a message that you may be immune to the law. The West must understand this essence”, attorney Cedomir Stojkovic said.
Kosovo institutions demand that Serbia extradite Milan Radociqi to Kosovo. In this regard, Banjska is considered to have burdened the dialogue process. For journalist Sofija Popovic, Banjska is seen as a turning point.
This has shaken the trust of Western partners what Serbia's policy is when it comes to Kosovo. So I think that the prosecution of Milan Radojic from the West will be insisted, but I think Belgrade will insist that he is not prosecuted in line with the extent of the crime he committed. While it is not known what is the legal basis for extradition to take place, I am sure a meaningful trial will be required against Radojic in Belgrade”, said Sofija Popovic of European Western Balkans
Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, sometimes said Radojic is the issue of state judicial organs. Officially, Belgrade's High Public Prosecutor is investigating Radociqi for the purchase of weapons.
You never know if there are elements for the indictment. The West expects Serbia to show it has not backed Banjska through an effective investigation and punishment of the responsible, including Milan Radojic as leader of the terrorist group. / RTK
