Bob Menandez, one of the senators on “, multiple” of Kosovo's current institutional leaders, because of support of Kosovo authorities' policies and positions in relation to Serbia and the dialogue process, was found guilty of 16 counts linked to a scheme in exchange for aid to foreign governments.
The US Senator from the ranks of Democrats, with whom both Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani and prime minister Albin Kurti met at any international forum or on any visit to the US thanks from the heart, had been applauded, quoted by supporters of power and by various exhibits of the ruling Vetevendosje Movement ♫ because of his stance in the report with the Serb Major Commission Association.
During a session of the US Senate Foreign Affairs Committee, Menandez had criticised the American approach in relation to the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue process.
According to him in the dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, “not all parties are confidentially dialogue”.
He had criticised American politics for not putting up enough pressure on Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vucic, who, according to him, was continuing to embrace nationalist narrava.
Menandez for the artifacts on the American Senate Foreign Affairs Committee was warmly thanked by President Osmani.

What happened?
The former head of the Committee for Foreign Relations in the American Senate was declared innocent, while his lawyers had tried to argue that the gifts he accepted were not qualified as a bribe because prosecutors had failed to prove that he took any specific action as a result of taking them.
Menandez lawyers, as British prestige reported, BBC, have tried to shift the blame to Menandez's wife, Nadine Arslanian Menandez, portraying her as a person with financial problems who hoped to take money and assets in any way she could”.
Menandez's wife also faces charges of corruption, but her trial was delayed so that she could undergo breast cancer treatment.
She was also declared innocent.
The two businessmen, Wael Hannah and Fred Daibes, are also being tried on charges that they have approached the senator to convince him to illegally help Egypt's Government and secure millions of dollars from a Qatar investment fund.
