List of witnesses slams opposition position on Investigative Commission for MPJD, power releases collection

At this meeting before the commission members, engaged experts introduced the list of witnesses who will testify in the Commission.

The list prompted clashes between opposition deputies and positions. The opposition had complaints that the MPJD did not send all the documents required by the Commission and that in the absence of lists documents did not include all witnesses. On the other hand, members of the position demanded that this list not be voted in today and that members of the Commission be given time to give their proposals for the list to be completed.

The chairman of the Time Commission, Kadrijaj, has said the engaged experts are Gzim Kollegec, Shpend Shabani and Shkelqim Jakupi.

Experts Shpend Shabani, has said the witness list has been proposed by them and that it is now expected to be completed by members of the Commission.

We've included witnesses from MPJD, we've had a dilemma with a member of the disciplinary Commission. Based on the material, there are few cases of”, he said.

Experts Shkelqim Jakupi, has said the witnesses to be proposed will be the ones who had influence.

PDK MP Ariana Musliu Shoshi has said there is a lack of documentation, which has not been handed over by the MPJD.

During the discussions there were clashes between VV deputy Victory Pacolli and opposition deputies.

This is after MP Pacolli said that reform in MPJD started in 2019 and that the current government has only implemented the law that was not implemented by other governments earlier.
