At this meeting before the commission members, engaged experts introduced the list of witnesses who will testify in the Commission.
The list prompted clashes between opposition deputies and positions. The opposition had complaints that the MPJD did not send all the documents required by the Commission and that in the absence of lists documents did not include all witnesses. Experts Shpend Shabani, has said the witness list has been proposed by them and that it is now expected to be completed by members of the Commission.
“To the list of witnesses this is a list proposal by no side and this is expected to be voted on by you, we've made a list proposal doesn't mean it's complete. We've included witnesses from MPJD, we've had a dilemma with a member of the disciplinary Commission. Based on the material, there are few cases of”, he said.
Experts Shkelqim Jakupi, has said the witnesses to be proposed will be the ones who had influence.
A job we will engage in will be done professionally and honestly”, he said.
PDK MP Ariana Musliu Shoshi has said there is a lack of documentation, which has not been handed over by the MPJD.
I think the list of witnesses for the start is okay. There must be many more witnesses. But there are shortages of documents after they have not been submitted by MPJD. Lucifer MPJDs to bring all requested documents”, she said.
VV MEP Life Statovci proposed that each member of the Commission propose witnesses and eventually the final list be voted in the Commission.

During the discussions there were clashes between VV deputy Victory Pacolli and opposition deputies.
This is after MP Pacolli said that reform in MPJD started in 2019 and that the current government has only implemented the law that was not implemented by other governments earlier.
To Pacolli's statements, AAK MP Time Kadrijay reacted, calling him MP Pacolli abusive.
You're abusive, and you want to cut the subject and the context all”, she said.
