The LDK sends the KPMA Law to Constitution, KKPCHA and UPA Statut

LDK Parliamentary Group chief Arben Gashi before the media said they expect the Court to declare these laws unconstitutional.
“In the continuation of the care of democracy, we submitted to the Constitutional today three requirements for assessing the constitution of the Law for Independent Media Commission (KPM), the one for the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPK), as well as for assessing the constitutionality of the decision to change the Status of the University of Pristina”, Gashi told the media.
Otherwise, the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party of Kosovo has handed over a request to assess these two laws and a decision Thursday in the Constitutional Court.
