His full post:
Today, at a meeting with Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani and the leaders of other parliamentary parties in Kosovo, I have proposed January 26th of 2025 as the optimum date when regular national elections should be held in our country. The Democratic Party of Kosovo, in view of the current government, has repeatedly called for early elections.
Since early elections did not take place, regular elections do not need to have an unwarranted extension ʹ so the first valid date must be the date when we have to go elections.
The PDK has been, is and will be ready for elections on any date. Kosovo and our citizens need a new government, responsible, creditable and capable, which has the knowledge and courage to restore the country to the proper course of European development and integration.
The PDK, as in each important period in our country, will be there to make its contribution to the state and citizens. And in the new national elections, it will be there with the platform, the candidate for prime minister, and the best electoral list, to offer citizens the option they have lacked in the past four years.
